We use a supportive pregnancy pillow system to ensure you are safely and comfortably positioned (side-lying or custom prone position), allowing you to relax fully without putting any pressure on your belly. We use only safe, gentle techniques and natural oils to provide a truly nurturing experience.

Trimester Policy: For the safety of the mother and baby, we do not perform pregnancy massage during the First Trimester (weeks 1-12). We recommend booking your session starting from the Second Trimester, week 13 onwards.
While pregnancy massage is usually safe and incredibly beneficial, there are certain medical conditions and circumstances where it is contraindicated. For the safety of both you and your baby, it is essential to be aware of these. Your therapist will always conduct a thorough consultation to ensure that a massage is safe for you.
Conditions that at contraindicated, where we cannot proceed with a massage:
- High-Risk Pregnancy – this includes a diagnosis of preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, or gestational diabetes.
- Severe Morning Sickness – massage can worsen these symptoms due to changes in pressure and certain aromas.
- Bleeding or Spotting – any unexplained vaginal bleeding is an immediate reason to postpone a massage.
- Fever or Contagious Illness – massage is not recommended as it can raise your body temperature and put unnecessary stress on your body.
- Deep Vein Thrombosis – a critical contraindication, as massage can dislodge a blood clot.
- Placenta Previa or Abruptio – these conditions pose a direct risk to your pregnancy.
Preterm Labour – a massage could stimulate contractions.

You will not lie on your stomach. The entire massage is performed in a secure side-lying position, supported by multiple soft pillows and bolsters. This takes all pressure off your abdomen and lower back and is the safest, most comfortable position for pregnancy.
The benefits are both physical and mental. It’s highly effective for relieving lower back pain, sciatic discomfort, and hip tension. It also helps reduce swelling (oedema) in the legs and feet, calms the nervous system, and can lead to better sleep.
Yes. This is a therapeutic treatment performed by a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. It is claimable under ‘Remedial Massage’ with most major Australian private health funds. We will provide a receipt for your claim.
