While spa massages focus on general relaxation, our remedial and therapeutic massages are clinical treatments. We focus on assessing and treating the root cause of your pain and dysfunction, using specific techniques to achieve lasting results and improve your overall physical well-being.

Some therapeutic techniques may cause discomfort, often described as a “good pain,” as we work on tight or injured areas. However, the treatment should never be unbearable. Communication is key, and your therapist will work within your comfort level at all times.

Our therapists are skilled in a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. After your assessment, we select and combine the most effective techniques to address your specific needs.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including chronic neck and back pain, tension headaches, sports injuries, sciatica, postural problems, and pain from repetitive strain.

The number of sessions required varies for each individual and depends on your condition, its severity, and your treatment goals. After your initial assessment, your therapist will discuss a recommended treatment plan with you.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a fee, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.

A doctor’s referral is not required to book an appointment with us. However, if you have a complex medical history or are under a doctor’s care for a specific condition, a referral can be helpful.

Yes, our Remedial Massage services are recognised by most major Australian private health funds. We recommend checking with your specific fund to confirm the details of your coverage. We can provide you with a receipt for you to make a claim.
